Employee Ownership
Our culture is built on a tradition of employee ownership that began in 1937 with the creation of an employee stock trust. For almost 70 years, employee ownership has driven shareholder value by enabling us to attract and retain motivated people with a high level of commitment and a spirit of teamwork. We have in place an equity incentive plan, discounted employee stock purchase plan and other mechanisms to foster continued equity ownership among our employees following our initial public offering in 2003. We have a work environment in which employees focus on business results and take personal responsibility for achieving company goals.
